智通财经APP获悉，京基金融国际(01468)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.11%，报0.76港元，成交额2584.74万港元。
消息面上，京基金融国际发布公告，于2024年12月16日，公司直接全资附属公司Leading Tide Group Limited(Leading Tide)与多方(包括SIAM AI Corporation Company Limited(SIAM AI)、Venture Hub、FCGM Strategic Investment Pte. Ltd.及Boon-Long先生)订立正式协议。
根据该协议的条款，订约各方同意成立一家合资公司，专注于在泰国经营及管理图形处理单元(GPU)服务器集群。此举通过整合人工智能、绿色金融及虚拟资产服务，促进业务增长及发展。合资公司的主要目标是为国内及国际客户提供GPU租赁解决方案。公司及该协议的其他订约方须按其各自的股权比例以现金出资注册成立合资公司的面值。
合资公司的初始股权结构为由Leading Tide持有9%，由SIAM AI持有40%，而其余51%将在其他参与方之间进行分配。此外，合资公司将为各新服务器集群或客户成立独立的全资附属公司。
