　　微创脑科学（02172）公布，于2024年12月16日（交易时段后），微创神通医疗科技（上海）（公司全资附属公司）与深圳市引导基金、光明区引导基金、深圳智慧园区、中金浦成、深圳康睿、中金资本及中金瑞石就成立投资基金订立合伙协议。全体合伙人根据合伙协议承担的资本总额为人民币10亿元，其中微创神通医疗科技（上海）出资人民币2亿元。投资基金于成立后，将由微创神通医疗科技（上海）拥有20%权益，且其不会成为该公司的附属公司。

　　投资基金将透过私募股权基金从事股权投资、资产管理服务及其他投资管理服务。投资基金作出的所有投资均应属于脑科学及类脑智能行业。
