China Electronics Optics Valley Union Holding's (HKG:0798) subsidiary Wuhan Optics Valley Union Group agreed to continue to procure floodlighting equipment and related services from CEC Caihong (Dalian) Construction for another three years, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The term of the new agreement starts on Jan. 1, 2025, and expires on Dec. 31, 2027, and under the agreement, the group will engage CEC Caihong (Dalian) Construction as its contractor for construction works, design works, and civil engineering works.
The proposed annual caps for the transactions contemplated under the agreement are set as 11.1 million yuan for 2025, 12.8 million yuan for 2026, and 14.7 million yuan for 2027.
