Beijing ZZNode Technologies (SHE:003007) signed a contract worth for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a computing cluster for the Zhengzhou Aerotropolis Big Data Industrial Park, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Zhizhen will lead a 9.02 billion yuan project over five years, with Henan Zhiyun managing operations. The five-year project aligns with Zhizhen's strategic focus on AI and computing networks.
