智通财经APP讯，中国万天控股(01854)发布公告，于2024年12月20日，在董事会下各设立环境、社会及管治委员会(ESG委员会)及气候变化委员会，借此进一步完善集团在ESG工作方面的管理体系，促进集团可持续发展，并推动集团整体价值提升。
ESG委员会由8名成员组成，包括董事会副主席、行政总裁兼执行董事钟学勇先生、独立非执行董事萧镇邦先生、公司公司秘书兼首席财务官刘友专先生及集团职能部门的负责人，且钟学勇先生获委任为ESG委员会主席。
气候变化委员会由6名成员组成，包括钟学勇先生、萧镇邦先生、刘友专先生及集团营运部门的负责人，且钟学勇先生获委任为气候变化委员会主席。
