New Silkroad Culturaltainment's (HKG:0472) subsidiary Beijing Yuehao Property Management purchased a property in Beijing from Bi'an Shidai Technology Holdings for 45 million yuan, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The property is a house located at Beijing Private Enterprise Headquarters Base in Wailangying Village, Taihu Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing. It has a building area of 2,315.28 square meters and consists of three floors above the ground and one underground floor.
The purchase was sourced through the internal resources of the group and the company plans to use it as the headquarters office of the Group for the provision of property management services in China.
The shares of the wine, real estate, and entertainment company closed over 3% lower on Friday.
