Envision Greenwise Holdings (HKG:1783) agreed to allot and issue a total of around 21.6 million new shares to certain subscribers for HK$129.3 million at HK$6.00 apiece under the general mandate, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Under the subscription agreement, CMB International Global Products agreed to subscribe for around 8.2 million new shares while Victoria Sight Capital agreed to subscribe for around 13.3 million new shares.
The aggregate shares to be allotted represent approximately 1.58% of the total number of enlarged issued shares of the company.
The company plans to use the net proceeds of HK$129.2 million for its EcoPark Project, the RMAA works, and general working capital.
