Jointown Pharmaceutical Group (SHA:600998) is planning to reduce the capital of Jiuzhoutong Pharmaceutical Investment to 525.6 million yuan from 11.5 billion yuan.
The capital reduction stemmed from the company's need to apply for the establishment of a financial company, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
