国银金租签7.76亿元融资租赁合同
财中社12月19日电国银金租（01606）发布公告，宣布与扬州佳仪光伏科技有限公司及中国电建集团江西省电力建设有限公司于2024年12月18日订立融资租赁安排。根据该安排，公司作为买方以7.76亿元的代价购买光伏发电设备资产，并与承租人签订了为期216个月的融资租赁合同。
此交易的最高适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守相关上市规则的申报及公告规定。融资租赁合同中的租金总额包含租赁本金7.76亿元和约3亿元的租赁利息，承租人需按季支付租金。
公司表示，此次融资租赁安排有助于增加公司融资租赁业务收入，符合公司业务发展策略。承租人和卖方均为独立第三方，交易条款公平合理，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
