航天控股(00031.HK) 公布，全资附属公司航科半导体于12月10日收到由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会发出，有关码捷(苏州)就两份主供应协议项下涉及之质量争议提出仲裁申请的仲裁通知。码捷(苏州)向航科半导体提出以下申索，包括赔偿损失710万美元+约68.5万欧元+约145.3万元人民币(暂计至2024年2月29日);律师费等共50万元人民币(暂计至提起本案仲裁之日)；承担仲裁费用。
目前航科半导体按照仲裁程序正积极应诉。由于仲裁程序仍处于初始阶段，公司尚未能评估仲裁对公司财务状况的影响。(ha/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
