航天控股全资子公司遭索赔约5840万元
财中社12月17日电航天控股（00031）发布公告称，其全资附属公司航科半导体于2024年12月10日收到仲裁通知，涉及码捷（苏州）科技有限公司就两份主供应协议下的质量争议提出仲裁申请。根据仲裁申请，申请人要求航科半导体赔偿损失共计710万美元、68万欧元及人民币145万元，折合人民币约5840万元。申请人同时要求航科半导体支付律师费50万元，此外还需承担仲裁费用。
目前，航科半导体正积极应对仲裁程序，因程序仍处于初始阶段，公司尚未评估此仲裁对其财务状况的影响。公司将根据上市规则，适时发布关于仲裁程序的重大进展，以便股东及潜在投资者了解相关情况。
