智通财经APP获悉，德益控股(09900)飙升45%，昨日复牌暴涨98%。截至发稿，涨45%，报5.8港元，成交额224.49万港元。
消息面上，德益控股日前公布，主席曾昭群与股东鼎星投资向Asia General(要约人)出售公司合共32.33%持股，涉及1.202亿股，总代价9692万港元，相当于每股作价0.806港元。完成后，要约人及其一致行动人士共计持有公司股本36.23%，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金价0.806港元，较停牌前收报折让60.1%，涉及最高现金金额约2.03亿港元。结束后，要约人拟维持股份于联交所上市。
据悉，德益控股是香港的建筑承建商，主要从事提供维护、保养、加建及改建服务（“RMAA服务”）以及楼宇建筑服务的分包工程。公司此前公布截至2024年9月30日止6个月的中期业绩，收益约6.21亿港元，同比增长28.74%；公司拥有人应占溢利1665.8万港元，同比增长21.67%。
