智通财经APP讯，重庆百货(600729.SH)发布公告，公司近日收到持股5%以上股东天津滨海新区物美津融商贸有限公司(简称“物美津融”)通知，物美津融已于近日获得上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司北京分行(简称“浦发北京分行”)出具的《贷款承诺函》。浦发北京分行拟为物美津融增持公司股份提供股票增持专项贷款，贷款额度为不超过人民币1亿元，贷款期限不超过1年。
