财中社12月18日电建发国际集团(01908)发布补充公告,涉及2024年11月26日与建发物业管理集团有限公司的委托管理协议下进行的持续关联交易。公告中提到,建发国际和建发物业将依据该协议进行的定价政策及费用安排。根据协议,前期策划顾问服务费用将参考建发商管在过往项目中的收费情况,并考虑项目位置、结构、设计及装修等因素。
在招商佣金方面,将参考建发商管以往项目的佣金及市场现行费率,佣金水平为第一租赁年度平均月租金的1至2倍。此外,年度运营管理提成也将基于过往项目的提成及市场现行费率,并经过公平磋商。公告还指出,若项目未能取得令人满意的招商效果或未能达到预先承诺经营利润达成率,建发商管将不收取任何招商佣金或运营管理提成。整体而言,双方董事会认为该定价政策及费用安排公平合理,符合各自股东的整体利益。
