金融界12月18日消息,怡邦行控股在其2024/2025年度的中期报告中表示,由于物业完工再加速,集团的整体营业额增加了10.5%,达到了236.5百万港元,相比2023年的214.0百万港元有所上升。然而,毛利却下跌了11.7%,至82.9百万港元,相比2023年的93.9百万港元有所下滑。经营溢利为13.7百万港元,较去年同期增加10.9%。除税后溢利约为8.9百万港元,较去年同期的8.4百万港元增加5.6%。行政开支及分销成本金额减少10.9%至70.6百万港元,主要是由于陈列室关闭使得使用权资产折旧费用减少。
