消息面上，海昌海洋公园此前宣布，与一家产业基金订立无法律约束力的示意性条款清单，该基金计划认购海昌海洋公园发行的1亿美元可转换债券。这一潜在融资事项不仅将为公司带来资金，用于一般性公司资本开支和流动资金，还可能导致该基金成为公司的主要股东，并引入新的董事和高级管理层，建立重大战略合作关系，涉及公司目前及未来的业务。
公告称，该基金现为该公司独立第三方，专注于中国现代服务业成长期投资机会，其主要出资人为有长期且丰富的线下及线上运营服务经验的知名企业，拥有丰富的流量资源，并已在文旅板块积极布局。
