财中社12月17日电蚬壳电业（02381）发布公告，宣布与相关方签订了两项新的租赁协议，以续租现有的租赁物业。新租赁协议的签订日期为2024年12月16日，租期为两年，直至2026年12月31日。根据新租赁协议1，广东蚬壳家电将租用位于中国佛山市的厂房，月租金为8万元。根据新租赁协议2，蚬壳电业香港将租用位于香港的工业大厦，月租金为23万港元。
根据香港财务报告准则第16号，新租赁协议确认的交易总额预计约为697万港元。由于相关租金支付的适用百分比率均低于25%，且年度代价少于1000万港元，因此公司在遵守相关申报和公告规定的同时，获得豁免独立股东批准的要求。董事会认为，订立新租赁协议将有助于公司的业务运营，并节省搬迁及相关成本。
