12月24日，医疗保健公司NeueHealth宣布同意由新企业联合公司(New Enterprise Associates，简称NEA)以约13亿美元的企业价值私有化，该公司股价在盘前上涨近60%。
根据协议，NeueHealth的股东将获得每股7.33美元的现金，这比NeueHealth普通股在12月23日的收盘价溢价约70%。该交易还有待股东和监管机构的批准。
根据一份声明，该协议包括一个为期30天的“询价期”，该期限将于美国东部时间1月23日凌晨12:01到期，允许公司的特别委员会及其财务顾问征求和考虑其他收购提议。
NEA和12个现有股东(他们总共持有公司所有已发行的优先股)已同意将其普通股和/或优先股交换为新发行的股权。该公司与Hercules Capital的担保贷款安排也将保持不变。
