智通财经APP获悉，亚信科技(01675)早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨4.53%，报6.23港元，成交额1679.22万港元。
消息面上，亚信安全此前以13.85亿港元的现金完成了对亚信科技20.316%股份的收购，并通过表决权委托方式额外获得了田溯宁及其关联方持有的9.605%表决权。自此，亚信安全持有约2.8亿股股份的投票权，占已发行股本的29.9%，成为亚信科技的第一大股东。
广发证券指出，亚信安全完成亚信科技股权收购，最新持股占比达29.9%，未来随着两家公司整合的推进，亚信将真正成为懂网、懂云、懂安全的企业，并构建起云网安一体的数据生产系统。此外，从客户角度来看，亚信科技专注于电信运营商数字化，亚信安全专注于电信运营商网络安全，双方将协同深耕电信运营商市场，尤其将在运营商算力网络领域为公司带来巨大市场机遇。
