Orpheus Uranium (ASX:ORP) sold its 80% stake in the Higginsville joint venture in Western Australia to its minority partner Loded Dog Prospecting (LDP) for AU$150,000, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The sale gives LDP 100% ownership of the joint venture, the filing said.
Orpheus will use the proceeds to fund exploration activities in South Australia and the Northern Territory, aligning with its uranium-focused strategy, the filing added.
Shares of the company fell past 5% at market close Tuesday.
