Touch Ventures (ASX:TVL) signed agreements to invest $6.6 million in US retail technology company Reshop, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Reshop is backed by Afterpay co-founders Anthony Eisen and Nick Molnar, alongside other investors, including Matrix Partners, Sound Ventures, and Mantis VC, the filing said.
Touch Ventures shares rose nearly 3% in afternoon trade Tuesday.
