财中社12月24日电易大宗（01733）发布自愿公告，宣布其全资附属公司海南富多达供应链管理有限公司与华夏银行股份有限公司海口分行签订了一份最高额融资合同。根据该合同，华夏银行同意向海南富多达提供不超过1亿元的银行授信，期限为2024年12月16日至2025年12月15日，为期1年。该授信将用于海南富多达的日常运营流动资金贷款、银行承兑汇票及贸易融资业务。
公告指出，鉴于国家融资贷款政策的持续优化，银行等金融机构加大了支持力度，董事会认为此融资合同将为海南富多达的业务运营提供额外资金渠道，增强其现金流，对集团有利。同时，公司及其全资附属公司内蒙古浩通能源股份有限公司同意为海南富多达履行融资合同项下的义务提供企业担保。董事会确认融资合同及企业担保的条款公平合理，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
