智通财经APP讯，天鸽互动(01980)发布公告，于2024年12月24日，公司全资附属公司HuaGe与管理人丰诚资产管理有限公司订立全权委托账户协议，据此HuaGe同意委任管理人，而管理人同意接受委任为管理人，以管理人身份向HuaGe提供全权委托投资管理服务。投资额合共为2000万美元，将使用公司的自有资金，且管理人获授权代表公司管理投资期为两年的投资组合。
