智通财经APP讯，海峡石油化工(00852)发布公告，于2024年12月20日，公司获姚国梁告知，彼已就香港的法律诉讼(即 HCMP 2442/2024)提交另一份誓章。本公布载列姚国梁提供的以下补充资料：
1. 除上述非法罢免姚国梁于FWI 的董事职务的事件外，公司一名前经理伪造姚国梁的签名，据称该名前经理于关键时间实际上为王健生的私人助理。上述伪造姚国梁签名的事件涉及有关FWI唯一银行账户(该银行账户)的文件;
2. 姚国梁已就该事件向警方报案，目前正以该名前员工及王健生作为嫌疑人进行调查。姚国梁将适时采取一切法律措施维护其于FWI的合法权益;
3. 姚国梁无法访问及使用该银行账户(即姚国梁所知的FWI唯一银行账户)，及已指示其律师要求相关银行提供所有据称包含其签名的文件副本;及
4. 于上述伪造事件后，王健生及其儿子王鹏为姚国梁所知唯一能够访问及使用该银行账户的两名人士。
