龙蟠科技(02465.HK) 公布，INA(印度尼西亚投资局持股99%)及Aisis认购附属锂源(亚太)扩大后股本34.01%及11.34%，认购价分别为1.5亿美元及5,000万美元。完成后，公司将持有常州锂源约64.03%，而后者将持有锂源(亚太)54.65%，锂源(亚太)继续为公司附属。认购事项将加强集团在磷酸铁锂正极材料的研发、市场拓展及批量生产方面在业内的整体实力。
