财中社12月24日电花样年控股（01777）发布公告，宣布其间接全资附属公司将向买方出售项目公司的40%股权，交易总金额为1593万元。项目公司位于江苏省扬州市的住宅发展项目，因流动资金问题，该项目的开发工作已暂停。此次出售旨在激活项目进程，并符合政府“保交楼、稳民生”政策。
根据协议，合营企业伙伴也将出售其在项目公司的60%股权，交易完成后，买方将接管并继续开发该项目。交易款项分为四期支付，第一笔和第二笔各为398万元，第三笔为637万元，第四笔为159万元。出售事项完成后，花样年控股将不再持有项目公司的任何权益。预计此次交易将导致本集团约2278万元的可变现亏损。
