中国诚通发展集团（00217）发布公告，于2024年12月20日，诚通融资租赁（公司间接全资附属公司）与承租人（中国康富国际租赁股份有限公司）订立售后回租主协议。根据售后回租主协议，诚通融资租赁已同意向承租人提供售后回租服务，但须根据上市规则取得必要股东批准及受限于售后回租主协议所载得最高融资金额及其他条款。
承租人可在售后回租主协议的特定期间（可用期）内向诚通融资租赁申请由诚通融资租赁提供租赁资产的售后回租服务。诚通融资租赁与承租人将在售后回租主协议的范围内，就个别售后回租安排的具体条款及条件（包括但不限于租赁资产、个别融资金额、租赁期、租赁付款金额及付款时间表）进行协商，并订立相应个别售后回租协议。
