　　数科集团（02350）发布公告，由于董事会与德勤•关黄陈方会计师行未能就审计集团截至2025年3月31日止年度的综合财务报表的审计费用达成共识，故德勤已辞任公司核数师，自2024年12月20日起生效。

　　经审核委员会推荐，天健国际会计师事务所有限公司已获委任为公司核数师，自2024年12月20日起生效，以填补德勤辞任后出现的临时空缺。天健国际会计师事务所有限公司的任期须至公司下届股东周年大会完结为止。
