金吾财讯 | 海昌海洋公园(02255)股价发力，截至发稿，涨5.45%，报0.59港元。消息面上，北京海昌海洋公园项目近日启动总包招标，标志着项目开发即将进入实质性建设阶段。据悉，北京海昌海洋公园将由北京通州城市建设运行集团有限公司、海昌海洋公园控股有限公司携手打造。项目选址毗邻北京通州区的北京环球影城，计划占地总面积约15万平方米，预计于2027年开业。该项目也是海昌海洋公园与 Legacy Entertainment继上海海昌海洋公园合作后的第二次合作。
