智通财经APP讯，源想集团(08401)发布公告，公司董事会接获公司主要股东源想投资有限公司(源想投资)通知，源想投资已于今日较早时侯在联交所以平均每股0.15港元的价格向市场出售2400万股公司股份，占公司已发行股本约10.00%。紧随该出售后，源想投资持有公司7628万股股份，占公司已发行股本约31.78%。
公告称，董事会并不知悉公司有任何内幕消息。
