　　中国安储能源发布公告称，向两名独立第三方发行合共5957.4万股，相当于扩大后股本1.96%；每股作价0.5港元，较上交易日（23日）收报溢价150%。集资总额2980万港元，所得净额2970万港元，拟用作一般营运资金。
