智通财经APP讯，瑞港建设(06816)发布公告，考虑到近期市场的信息、作为国有企业一分子核数师轮替有助提升企业管治以及控制成本的压力，董事会决定提议更换核数师。经公司与罗兵咸永道沟通要求彼辞任公司核数师职务后，董事会及公司审核委员会接获罗兵咸永道有关彼等自2024年12月20日起辞任集团核数师的函件，原因是董事会考虑了上述因素而议决更换核数师。
审核委员会已决议委任香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司为公司的核数师，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
