Virtual Mind (HKG:1520) subscribed for 11,112 preference shares from N-Bridge Capital Group for a little over HK$6 million, or HK$540 apiece, a Monday bourse filing said.
The N-Bridge Capital Group is 40% held by Mei Weiyi, chairman and executive director of Virtual Mind.
