Sincere Company's (HKG:0244) controlling shareholder Realord Group (HKG:1196) sold 985,471,362 shares representing 75% equity interest in the company to Manureen on Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
After the completion, Realord Group ceased to hold an interest in the retail company.
