　　美国保险公司大都会人寿（MetLife）周一表示，已同意以最高可达12亿美元的价格从太平洋拓展集团（Pacific Century Group）收购全球资产管理公司柏桥投资（PineBridge Investments）。

　　据报道，该交易价格包括8亿美元的预付现金，2亿美元取决2025年特定财务目标实现情况的后期付款，还有与多年收益结构挂钩的2亿美元里程碑付款。

　　收购PineBridge还将使大都会保险公司将业务拓展至抵押贷款义务平台、多资产业务、全球股票策略套件以及直接贷款和欧洲房地产业务等，这些都是对公司现有能力的补充。
