发布上市规则所规定的所有未发布财务业绩，并处理任何审核修改;证明在管理层及╱或任何对公司管理及营运具有重大影响力的人士的诚信、能力及╱或品格方面并无可能对投资者构成风险及损害市场信心的合理监管疑虑;进行独立内部监控审查，并证明公司设有足够的内部监控及程序，以符合上市规则;证明公司符合上市规则第13.24条;及告知市场所有重要资讯，以便公司股东及投资者评估公司的状况。
于本公告日期，集团的数码营销业务继续如常进行，而由于董事会未能取得有关线上电子商贸平台业务的资料及文件，故董事会未能确认集团线上电子商贸平台业务的状况。
