消息面上，龙蟠科技发布公告，于2024年12月20日，该公司、目标公司LBM New Energy (AP) Pte. Ltd.、现有股东及投资者订立认购协议，据此，INA及Aisis已有条件同意认购，而目标公司已有条件同意向INA及Aisis配发及发行认购股份，相当于完成后目标公司经扩大股本的约34.01%及11.34%，认购价分别为1.5亿美元及5000万美元。
据悉，目标公司主要从事投资、资产管理及进出口贸易。目标公司应将投资者认购认购股份的所得款项用于开发印度尼西亚二期工厂的资本及运营开支；印度尼西亚一期工厂在日常业务过程中的运营开支；及╱或目标公司在日常业务过程中的运营开支。
董事认为，认购事项将加强集团在磷酸铁锂正极材料的研发、市场拓展及批量生产方面在业内的整体实力。认购事项亦将提升集团的国际地位及综合竞争优势，进一步提升集团的品牌价值及盈利潜力。
