智通财经APP讯，中国安储能源(02399)发布公告，于2024年12月23日(联交所交易时段后)，公司(作为发行人)与每位认购人订立认购协议，据此，陈初展先生已有条件同意认购及公司已有条件同意按每股认购股份0.50港元的认购价配发及发行4893.6万股认购股份;及陈浩俊先生已有条件同意认购及公司已有条件同意按每股认购股份0.50港元的认购价配发及发行1063.8万股认购股份。
认购价较股份于认购协议日期于联交所所报收市价每股0.200港元溢价约150.00%。
待完成认购事项后，认购事项的所得款项总额将为约2980万港元及认购事项所得款项净额(经扣除其他认购事项开支后)将为约2970万港元。预期该等认购事项所得款项净额将用作一般营运资金。
