智通财经APP讯，新秀丽(01910)发布公告，其建议于2025年1月23日召开的公司股东普通大会(股东大会)上寻求公司股东批准委任Glenn Robert Richter及Deborah Thomas为公司独立非执行董事，初始任期将自股东大会日期起至公司2027年举行股东周年大会时届满，届时彼等将符合资格膺选连任。
其建议于2025年1月23日召开的公司股东特别大会上寻求股东批准将公司的名称由“Samsonite International S.A.”更改为“Samsonite Group S.A.”。获得相关股东批准后，董事会建议将公司的中文名称由“新秀丽国际有限公司”更改为“新秀丽集团有限公司”。
