智通财经APP讯，方正电机(002196.SZ)发布公告，公司及下属全资子公司深圳市高科润电子有限公司(以下简称“深圳高科润”)、全资孙公司高科润电子(浙江)有限公司(以下简称“浙江高科润”)为了进一步推动国际化战略，开辟广阔的国外销售渠道，开拓新的产品品类，浙江高科润与GCYST PTE.LTD.于2024年12月23日签署合资协议，共同出资在新加坡设立高科润电子有限公司(以下简称“新加坡高科润公司”)。
合资协议约定，甲乙双方为在智能控制器、电子产品等领域展项目和业务合作，同意按照本协议具体约定，共同出资在新加坡组建一家有限责任公司(“合资公司”)，并以合资公司作为未来双方落实相关项目和推进各项具体业务合作事项的平台和载体。
公告称，通过本次对外设立合资公司，有利于公司深化国际化发展战略，进一步利用国内、国外两个市场资源，进一步提升公司品牌知名度和影响力，促进国际化交流与合作，提高公司海外销售收入。
