先声药业续签两项关联交易协议
财中社12月23日电先声药业（02096）发布公告，宣布与江苏医学诊断和南京百家汇科技续订持续关联交易的框架协议。与江苏医学诊断的协议涵盖研发项目服务，包括CRO服务、CDx服务等，协议自2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日，预计服务费上限为2025年2500万元、2026年3300万元及2027年3900万元。公司历史交易金额显示，2022年及2023年分别支付了约145万元和146万元。
此外，与南京百家汇科技的物业租赁及综合服务框架协议同样自2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日，租金及服务费的年度上限分别为2025年9900万元、2026年7500万元和2027年5100万元。公司表示，继续与这两家公司的合作将有助于降低管理及运营成本，并确保服务需求得到及时满足。
