智通财经APP讯，花样年控股(01777)公布，于2024年12月23日，公司一间间接全资附南京花创实业投资有限公司拟向扬州易华置业有限公司及扬州华建置地有限公司出售扬州垠壹置业有限公司(项目公司)40%股权。根据协议条款，合营企业伙伴亦将向买方出售其全部权益，相当于项目公司的60%股权。出售事项的总代价为约人民币1592.96万元。
据悉，项目公司的主要业务为发展一个位于江苏省扬州市广陵区内的住宅项目。该项目占地面积约77,399平方米，可兴建建筑面积约142,010平方米。截至该协议日期，该项目已经预售285个单位。除了该幅土地上保留一些池塘及少量住宅单位外，该幅土地上原有的大部分建筑物已被拆除及清除。由于该集团及合营企业伙伴出现流动资金问题，该项目的开发工作已暂停。该项目已被列入中国政府为应对中国物业市场低迷而出台“保交楼、稳民生”政策项下的“保交楼”项目清单。
