智通财经APP讯，未来世界控股(00572)公布，于2024年12月23日，公司全资附属Future Group Investment Holdings Limited拟向执行董事兼主要股东黎朗威先生收购位于香港乐活道20号乐景园28楼B室，包括在该物业上的所有固定装置及附着物，代价8800万港元。
同日，该公司拟向黎朗威先生转让应收款项，代价为约2339.13万港元。
董事认为，进行转让事项符合集团的利益，因为转让事项使集团能够抵销应付黎朗威先生款项，而无需大量现金流出。因此，该集团可在维持流动资金的同时，足额履行其对黎朗威先生的还款义务。
