在过往12个月期间内，于2024年12月13日，国新(作为转让方)与环球租赁(天津)(作为受让方)订立资产回购协议第十一号，据此(其中包括)环球租赁(天津)与国新同意终止相应的资产转让协议，国新同意转让而环球租赁(天津)同意按回购价格回购相关基础合同项下的租赁资产。
公告称，集团的财务业务主要集中于融资租赁业务，并战略性地侧重于基于行业增长前景、盈利能力、收益/风险概况、现金流稳定性及其他标准深化发展。董事相信，进行资产回购协议可为集团提供额外的利润来源，并有助于集团财务业务的发展。
