新浪科技讯 12月24日下午消息，据报道消息，近日蚂蚁集团总裁韩歆毅向全员发布邮件，宣布组织架构全面升级。除了支付宝线的调整外，CTO线迎来大规模的人员调整。

　　其中，原财保事业群CTO达杭，将加入蚂蚁国际事业群，担任CTO；原蚂蚁国际事业群CTO云出，将回归蚂蚁集团，担任财保事业群CTO；原支付宝事业群CTO俊义调任大安全CTO；成立新的支付宝技术部，原大安全CTO向秀任CTO，向韩歆毅汇报；成立数字支付技术部，任命墨颜为CTO，向韩歆毅汇报。此外，平台技术事业群与技术研究院也会做相应调整。

　　据一份流出的邮件内容显示，蚂蚁集团还对平台技术事业群与技术研究院进行了一系列整合，AI平台、AI infra与AI产品运营部门，以及数据平台与服务部，合并为新的数据智能平台与服务部。此外，蚂蚁集团还宣布将设立蚂蚁技术研究院美国分院，原基础智能创新技术部将并入该分院，院长由无改接任，他将继续兼任交互智能实验室主任。
