智通财经APP获悉，东莞农商银行(09889)尾盘涨幅扩大逾20%，截至发稿，涨14.74%，报4.36港元，成交额566.86万港元。
消息面上，2024年9月14日，金融监管总局网站披露公开两则批复，同意东莞大朗东盈村镇银行、惠州仲恺东盈村镇银行因被东莞农村商业银行吸收合并而解散。据了解，惠州仲恺东盈村镇银行将改建为东莞农村商业银行惠州分行，成为国内罕见的“村改分”案例。
光大银行宏观研究员周茂华此前指出，市场化、有效率的中小银行兼并重组，有助于理顺股权结构、完善内部治理、加快处置历史遗留问题与不良资产，让个别经营不善、风险较大的小型银行稳步“退出”市场，降低系统风险。同时，通过合并重组，优化资源配置、实现银行量和质的提升。
