智通财经APP讯，百应控股(08525)发布公告，于2024年12月23日，买方(公司的间接全资附属公司厦门百应融资租赁有限责任公司)根据融资租赁协议与新佳园订立一项售后回租交易。根据融资租赁协议，买方将按人民币2500万元的代价向新佳园购买租回资产，并向新佳园出租租回资产，为期36个月，并收取租赁款项作为回报。
租回资产为21台电梯;1套净水系统设备;1套夜景照明工程设备;及1套消防系统设备。
