中国旭阳集团(01907)将继续扩大焦炭及精细化工产品的生产及供应能力
智通财经APP讯，中国旭阳集团(01907)发布公告，旭阳集团凭藉过去运营管理优势和经验，向行业输出专业的运营管理服务，打造出旭阳特色的运营管理服务业务，以轻资产方式实现快速规模扩张。于2024年第四季度，旭阳集团于12月与徐州天安化工有限公司签订合作协议，对其焦化整体生产经营管理提供全面服务，包括但不限于负责运营其生产管理、经营管理、组织管理、机构管理、技术管理、品质管制、人力资源管理、薪酬管理、财务管理、安全环保等，优化其焦化装置生产经营指标，降低费用，提质增效，实现装置达产达效、产品品质稳定、成本有效控制、人均劳效提升、安全环保受控、超低排放达标、经营效益领先等十三个方面的管理服务目标。该项新的合作，使得旭阳集团当前的运营管理服务逐步形成新的增长极，业务规模提升至886万吨/年，其中焦炭820万吨/年、精细化工66万吨/年。
本公司董事会预期在不断通过运营管理服务、兼并收购等业务发展策略和模式之下，本集团将继续扩大焦炭及精细化工产品的生产及供应能力，保持强劲发展，不断提升于中国和全球焦炭和化工企业的服务水平。
