财中社12月26日电春立医疗（688236/01858）发布关于变更董事会秘书的公告。公司于2024年12月25日召开董事会，审议通过了变更董事会秘书的议案。原董事会秘书张丽丽因个人原因递交辞职报告，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。根据相关法律法规，张丽丽的辞职自送达董事会之日起生效，其辞职不会影响公司的正常运作。
为确保董事会日常工作的开展，公司董事会聘任解凤宝担任新任董事会秘书。解凤宝已完成相关的任职培训并取得证书，具备履行职责所需的专业知识和工作经验，能够胜任该岗位。解凤宝的任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。独立董事一致同意此任命，认为解凤宝符合相关法律法规的规定。
2024年前三季度，春立医疗实现收入5.08亿元，归母净利润6115万元。
