智通财经APP讯，广南(集团)(01203)公布，于2024年12月27日，粤海食品佛山与梦里水乡订立合作协议，于中国佛山市南海区里水镇成立一间公司，作为现代化、高标准的屠宰企业。项目公司的注册资本人民币9,000万元将由粤海食品佛山出资65%，梦里水乡出资35%。
于2022年上半年，该集团位于佛山市南海区的自建屠宰场开始投入营运。该屠宰场一直由粤海食品佛山经营，在建立和提升屠宰加工生产线和技术方面取得了显著效益。通过根据合作协议成立项目公司，该集团预期于粤港澳大湾区的经营规模将会进一步扩大。项目公司位于广东省广州市和佛山市交界，地处粤港澳大湾区的腹地，具有良好的地理位置和营商环境以及广阔的市场机遇。预期此策略举措有利于优化集团资源配置的质量，并借助大湾区的共享资源，实现屠宰业务规模协同，提升整体经营效益。
鉴于梦里水乡的本地资源及专业知识，公司相信其乃成立项目公司的合适伙伴。因此，公司相信项目公司(成立后将成为该公司的附属公司，其财务资料将合 并入该集团的财务报表)将拓展集团的食品生物业务，从而为集团提供良机以进一步扩大于粤港澳大湾区的市场份额及影响力，并为股东创造最大价值。
